1. ENTRY DEADLINES
It is important to apply before our published deadlines. North West Education Hub sets its own entry deadlines ahead of the awarding organisation deadlines to give our Exams Team time to review applications, resolve any queries and process entries correctly.
The dates below are North West Education Hub’s own application deadlines and may be earlier than the awarding organisations’ published entry deadlines.
Applications received after our Standard Entry Deadline will be subject to the applicable Late or Very Late Entry Fee.

2. UNDERSTANDING OUR FEES
Your examination fee is determined by the entry period in which we receive your complete application. Applying early will normally give you the widest availability and lowest applicable examination fee.

Our Examination Fee Guide contains the current published fees for the GCSE, AS Level and A Level examinations available through North West Education Hub.
Fees are listed by qualification and subject, making it easy to check the applicable Standard, Late and Very Late Entry fees.
Your final fee will be confirmed after our Exams Team has reviewed your application, qualification requirements and availability.
4. Additional Requirements & Fees
Some qualifications or individual candidate requirements involve arrangements beyond the standard examination entry. Where additional provision or charges apply, we will explain these before your entry is confirmed.
A Level Biology, Chemistry and Physics candidates requiring a new Practical Endorsement will need practical provision in addition to their written examinations.

If you have previously completed a Practical Endorsement, please tell us when applying so we can check whether it can be carried forward.
